Master Services Agreement

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: Upon receipt of final payment, BODLIZ STUDIO transfers all ownership rights of the custom-developed codebase and associated digital assets to the Client. 2. PROJECT MILESTONES: All projects require a 50% non-refundable engineering deposit to initiate development. The remaining 50% is due upon successful deployment of the production environment. 3. HOSTING & MAINTENANCE: The Client is responsible for ongoing hosting costs. BODLIZ STUDIO provides a 30-day post-launch technical support window to ensure system stability. 4. SCOPE OF WORK: Any modifications requested outside the signed project specification will be billed at our standard engineering rate of $80/hr. 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BODLIZ STUDIO provides high-performance solutions "as is" and is not responsible for business losses resulting from third-party API changes or server downtimes.
